Please note that HPCS does NOT issue formal letters of invitation to any of its track/workshop participants.

Only registered authors, sponsors, exhibitors, and participants may receive such support letters.

PLEASE contact the Registration Chairs before you proceed and in case you have any further questions.

To be on the safe side, please plan for alternate presenter(s) of your work in case the visa application takes much longer or does not get approved.

NOTE to interested attendees who are NOT authors, nor contributors, nor organizers:

If you wish to attend the conference and have a visa letter, you must contact the registration chairs before you register. Please explain why you wish to attend, what kind of support you have, and provide full documentations as requested by the registration chairs. We only provide letters when your folder is complete to our satisfaction.
