The HPCS 2015 participants who need to apply for a visa should begin the visa application process as soon as possible. This could be very lengthy process that takes several weeks. DO NOT WAIT.
All visa inquiries must be handled by the HPCS 2015 Registration Chairs. Please send your request for a letter in support of a visa application to the Registration Chairs at the emails listed on the Registration page: Barbara Frantom and Felicia Harlow at Barbaraathpcs@gmail.com and email@example.com. Include your name, affiliation, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, working emails, as well as the name of the symposium/workshop/track you are attending. (Authors of papers/posters should also include the paper’s title and number). The Registration Chairs may require additional information or documents before they are able to issue any letter of support.
Email Subject: Visa Letter HPCS 2015
Please note that HPCS does NOT issue formal letters of invitation to any of its track/workshop participants.
Only registered authors, sponsors, exhibitors, and participants may receive such support letters.
PLEASE contact the Registration Chairs before you proceed and in case you have any further questions.
To be on the safe side, please plan for alternate presenter(s) of your work in case the visa application takes much longer or does not get approved.
NOTE to interested attendees who are NOT authors, nor contributors, nor organizers:
If you wish to attend the conference and have a visa letter, you must contact the registration chairs before you register. Please explain why you wish to attend, what kind of support you have, and provide full documentations as requested by the registration chairs. We only provide letters when your folder is complete to our satisfaction.
